ARMICS Certification Receiving Process
- Certifications are received in one of three ways:

See either Joe Kapelewski or Ron Necessary - The AICCO Director or either Assistant Director can sign a delivery receipt if requested.
- Each Certification will be clocked in on the 3rd floor noting the date and time received.
- Each Certification will be logged into the applicable Stage receiving log.
- Certifications will be filed in agency number order.
- Confirmations of receipt will be sent out within three days to Fiscal Officers via e-mail.
