To more efficiently gather and summarize training course data, we are once again conducting this year's survey over the Web. Only one survey should be submitted for each agency or institution's Internal Audit Department. However, we suggest that you seek input from the entire staff before completing the survey. Please submit your survey on or before April 15, 2011. It is important to base your answers to this survey on your anticipated training budget for FY12.
Please complete the questionnaire below. Visit the vendor Web sites that we have listed at the end of the survey as well as any additional ones that you may know of. Then, list classes and providers in the spaces provided that you recommend that we consider offering. Once you have completed the survey, please click the submit button. This will display your response as it was emailed to us. Note that the submission will record the IP address of your computer and the date and time submitted to help us ensure the validity of the data submitted.
If you have any questions contact Jack Spooner at 804-225-3106 ext. 24 or at john.spooner@doa.virginia.gov or Tim Sadler at 804-225-3106 ext. 23 or at Tim.Sadler@doa.virginia.gov.
